適用於 Hermes Mac mini（以下稱「本應用程式」），由芮泓實業有限公司（以下稱「本公司」）營運。These terms apply to the Hermes Mac mini application ("the App") operated by Red Hope Co., Ltd. ("the Company").
本應用程式為本公司內部使用的自動化工具，不對公眾開放註冊、不收費，也不提供商業服務。The App is an internal automation tool used by the Company. It is not open to public sign-up, is free of charge, and is not a commercial service.
僅限本公司及其明確授權的帳號使用。授權使用者同意依其 Google 帳號授權範圍使用本應用程式，並遵守 Google 服務條款。Only the Company and accounts it explicitly authorizes may use the App. Authorized users agree to use it within the scopes they grant and in accordance with Google's Terms of Service.
資料的蒐集與使用依 隱私權政策 辦理。授權使用者保有其資料的所有權利。Data handling is governed by the Privacy Policy. Authorized users retain all rights to their data.
本應用程式依「現狀」提供，不保證不中斷或無錯誤。本公司在法律允許範圍內，不對因使用本應用程式所生之間接或衍生損害負責。The App is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
授權使用者可隨時在 Google 帳戶權限頁面 撤銷授權以停止使用；本公司亦可隨時停止提供本應用程式。Authorized users may stop using the App at any time by revoking access from their Google Account; the Company may discontinue the App at any time.
本條款以中華民國（臺灣）法律為準據法。These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
條款如有更新，將公布於本頁並修改更新日期。Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
