經授權後，本應用程式可存取授權帳號中的 Google 資料，範圍以授權畫面所列權限為限，例如 Google Sheets、Gmail、Google Calendar、Google Drive、Google Docs 與聯絡人。With authorization, the App accesses Google user data limited to the scopes shown on the consent screen, such as Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs and Contacts.
資料只用於執行授權帳號擁有者要求的作業，例如讀寫試算表紀錄、整理郵件與行程、管理文件。不用於廣告、不出售、不用於建立使用者剖析，也不用於訓練通用人工智慧模型。Data is used only to perform tasks requested by the account owner, such as reading and writing spreadsheet records, organizing mail and calendar items, and managing documents. It is not used for advertising, not sold, not used for profiling, and not used to train generalized AI models.
OAuth 權杖與作業資料儲存在本公司管理的 Mac mini，檔案權限僅限本機帳號讀取。資料僅在完成作業所需時透過加密連線傳送至 Google API。OAuth tokens and working data are stored on the Company's Mac mini with owner-only file permissions, and are sent to Google APIs over encrypted connections only as needed to complete tasks.
除非法律要求，或資料擁有者明確指示，不會將 Google 使用者資料分享或轉移給第三方。Google user data is not shared with or transferred to third parties except as required by law or explicitly directed by the data owner.
本應用程式對 Google API 所取得資料的使用與轉移，遵守 Google API Services User Data Policy，包括有限使用（Limited Use）要求。The App's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
授權帳號可隨時在 Google 帳戶權限頁面 撤銷存取權；撤銷後本機權杖即失效。如需刪除本機保存的相關資料，請來信聯絡。You may revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions page. To request deletion of locally stored data, contact the address below.
